FAQs

  • Our day rate is for 8 hours. Any additional hours are charged at £100 per hour between 8am and 8pm and £150 per hour for before 8am and after 8pm.

  • You will receive a minimum of 25 edited photos per hour of shooting. However it usually ends up being a bit more than that.

  • You will find that different photographers will charge different rates. My rates are based on the average going rate for a London event photographer, which is £100 per hour.

  • You will receive a downloadable link within 3 working days of your shoot. I will also send you a link with 10-20 images within 24hours in case you would like some images to post on social media.

  • Editing is included in our photography rates. If you require retouching - more detailed editing to images, for example skin smoothing, or removing people or objects from images, this would be charged separately.

    Video editing is charged separately from the shooting fee. As a guide, a minute long promo reel costs £299.

  • Private events are usually gatherings of family or friends, whereas corporate events are events that are work related.n

  • I do offer video recording services as well as photography. If you want to make a video of the event as well as have the whole event covered with a photographer I work with videographers who work alongside me to cover your event for video and photography. Please get in touch with your requirements for a quote.

  • I generally don’t give out RAW files but am give you selected RAW files on request if you need your photos edited in an in-house style.

  • On booking I ask for a 50% non-refundable booking fee. If you cancel within 48 hours I will provide you with a voucher for that amount, which will be valid for 12 months.

  • Yes they do.

  • I do offer discounts for event photography for charities and some NGOs, please contact me for more information.

  • I do offer event photography outside of London. I am happy to travel around the UK or even overseas, though travel costs would be included in my fee.

  • I will send you a payment link for the 50% deposit to secure your booking. Once the event is over and you have reviewed the photos, I will then send you a link for the final payment.

  • I have full liability and equipment insurance.

  • I may use images from event photography shoots for posting on my website or social media.
