FAQs

  • Our day rate is for 8 hours. Any additional hours are charged at £100 per hour between 8am and 8pm and £150 per hour for before 8am and after 8pm.

  • You will receive a minimum of 25 edited photos per hour of shooting. However it usually ends up being a bit more than that.

  • You will find that different photographers will charge different rates. My rates are based on the average going rate for a London event photographer, which is £100 per hour.

  • You will receive a downloadable gallery link of a selection of images on the same day as the shoot for use in socials. And the rest of the images within 5 working days of your shoot. You will receive a folder of Print and Web Use Images and a gallery link that you can share with guests.

  • Editing is included in our photography rates. If you require retouching - more detailed editing to images, for example skin smoothing, or removing people or objects from images, this would be charged separately.

    Video editing is charged separately from the shooting fee. As a guide, a minute long promo reel costs £299.

  • I generally don’t give out RAW files but can give you selected RAW files on request if you need your photos edited in an in-house style.

  • On booking I ask for payment in full. If you cancel within 48 hours I will provide you with a voucher for that amount, which will be valid for 12 months.

    • 2 - 14 days before the shoot: 50% refund

    • Less than 48 hours before the shoot: Non-refundable

  • As a sole trader we are not a limited company and therefore there is no VAT added to our prices.

  • I do offer discounts for event photography for charities and some NGOs, please contact me for more information.

  • I do offer event photography outside of London. I am happy to travel around the UK or even overseas, though travel costs would be included in my fee.

  • I will send you a payment link to secure your booking once you have confirmed.

  • I have full liability and equipment insurance.

  • I may use images from event photography shoots for posting on my website or social media.
